The trick is getting holes on the black power ring at the bottom of the barrel lined up so you and screw the bolts back in. Other than that its pretty simple. PM and I'll give give you my phone if you need help, but really pretty simple.

I used a socket set with a couple of small ends and a screw driver. One other thing don't sit it under any trees. Them dang squirrels some how got on mine and tried chewing there way into it. Ain't had that problem since I moved it to the middle of one of my foodplots.
